This is a timed, multiple-choice evaluation. You will have 60 minutes to complete the assessment. You will be asked nine multiple choice questions in each of the nine HRPA Functional Competencies.

This is a timed, multiple-choice evaluation and will help assess your current knowledge relative to what is expected of those qualifying for the CHRL. This assessment is for benchmarking purposes only and does not replace the requirement to obtain passing scores on the CKE2, and meet other requirements as established in order to obtain the CHRL.

ABOUT THE CHRL DESIGNATION
As a professional-level designation, Certified Human Resources Leaders (CHRL) can be found in either specialist or generalist positions with responsibilities such as managing projects, programs, and initiatives, implementing plans passed down by senior management, and delegating tasks to entry-level staff. In professional matters, individuals at this level can act independently and would typically have titles such as Director of HR, HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner and HR Specialist.
