From time-to-time it can be helpful to review our own progress, and to explore opportunities for improvement.

The DNA is a self-assessment tool that does just that in a systematic, methodical and constructive manner, providing a profile of your organizational capability to deliver the required business outcomes.

HR Designation Assessments

Part of HRPA’s regulatory mandate includes granting designations to qualified individuals based on the breadth and depth of their HR knowledge and the demonstrated ability to apply it.

This assessment does not reflect the structure of the CKE or ELE examinations, and performance on these assessments does not predict performance on the CKE or ELE examinations.

About the CHRP Designation
Entry level Human Resources professionals act in roles that are mostly administrative in nature, such as a contributing role in a larger HR function, or a sole HR practitioner in a small HR function. Individuals at this level would have responsibilities such as supporting HR initiatives, executing tasks passed down from management, and operating at the tactical and transactional levels. They often have titles such as Human Resources Assistant, Staffing Coordinator, Human Resources Clerk, or Human Resources Coordinator.

About the CHRP Benchmarking Assessment
This is a timed, multiple-choice evaluation and will help assess your current knowledge relative to what is expected of those qualifying for the CHRP. This assessment is for benchmarking purposes only and does not replace the requirement to obtain a passing score on the CKE1 exam and meet other requirements as established in order to obtain the CHRP.

About the CHRL Designation
Professional Level Human Resources professionals can be found in either specialist or generalist positions with responsibilities such as managing projects, programs, and initiatives, implementing plans passed down by senior management, and delegating tasks to entry-level staff. In professional matters, individuals at this level can act independently and would typically have titles such as Director of HR, HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner and HR Specialist.

About the CHRL Benchmarking Assessment
